Getting Started E7GZ is a car-services booking platform. Discover trusted service centers, book appointments in seconds, pay securely, and manage your bookings, wallet, points and notifications in one place.
How do I create an account?+
Getting Started Open the E7GZ app or car.e7gz.net, sign up with your name, email and phone number, then start booking. You must be at least 18 years old.
How do I find a service center?+
Getting Started Browse or search centers, filter by service, and open any center to see its services, working hours, ratings and reviews before you book.
Can I save centers I like?+
Getting Started Yes. Add any center to your favorites and reach it instantly next time from your favorites list.
How do I change the language?+
Getting Started E7GZ is available in Arabic and English. Switch the language anytime from the language toggle; your choice is saved for your next visit.
How do I book a service?+
Bookings Open a center, choose a service and an available time slot, confirm, and pay with your wallet or a card via Paymob. You will receive a confirmation for your booking.
Where can I see my bookings?+
Bookings All your bookings — with their status, details and history — are available under “My bookings” in your account.
What do the booking statuses mean?+
Bookings Pending (awaiting confirmation), Confirmed, In progress, Completed, and Canceled.
Can I reschedule a booking?+
Bookings Rescheduling is not available from your account. Please cancel the booking (cancellation and refund rules apply) and book a new slot, or contact support for help.
Which payment methods are supported?+
Payments You can pay online by card or mobile wallet through Paymob, with a saved card, or using your E7GZ wallet balance.
Is my card information safe?+
Payments Yes. Card payments are processed directly by Paymob. We never store your full card number or your card security code (CVV).
Can I save a card for faster checkout?+
Payments Yes. Save a card, set a default, or remove it anytime from your payment methods. We keep only a secure Paymob token with the card brand and last four digits.
Is there a service fee?+
Payments A non-refundable service fee may apply to a booking. The amount is shown before you confirm and pay.
What is the E7GZ wallet?+
Wallet & Points It is your in-app balance used to pay for bookings. Eligible refunds are credited to it instantly, so you can reuse them on your next booking.
How do I pay with my wallet?+
Wallet & Points At checkout, choose “Wallet” as your payment method and the booking total is deducted from your balance.
How do reward points work?+
Wallet & Points You collect points through your activity on the platform. If you cancel a booking, the points associated with it are deducted.
How do I redeem my points?+
Wallet & Points Convert points into a discount voucher from the Points screen — every 50 points equals EGP 1 of discount — then apply that voucher at checkout.
Do my points expire?+
Wallet & Points Points may carry an expiry date when granted, and an automatic process expires them when due. You can review your points history anytime.
How do I use a voucher or offer?+
Offers & Vouchers Enter your voucher code at checkout. If it is valid, the discount is applied to your total before payment.
Why was my voucher rejected?+
Offers & Vouchers A voucher can have a minimum order amount, a maximum discount, total or per-user usage limits, an expiry date, and an active status — one of these conditions may not be met.
Where can I see my vouchers?+
Offers & Vouchers Your available and used vouchers are listed under “My vouchers”.
How do I cancel a booking?+
Refunds & Cancellations Open the booking and choose Cancel. You can cancel while it is active; a completed or already-canceled booking cannot be canceled.
Will I get a refund when I cancel?+
Refunds & Cancellations Cancel more than 2 hours before the appointment for a full refund minus the non-refundable service fee. Within 2 hours, a partial refund applies after center compensation. Refunds go to your wallet.
Is the service fee refundable?+
Refunds & Cancellations No. The service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
What if the service center cancels my booking?+
Refunds & Cancellations You receive a full refund of the eligible amount to your wallet, with no penalty and no points deduction.
How long do refunds take?+
Refunds & Cancellations Refunds are credited to your E7GZ wallet immediately after a successful cancellation. Refunds are not returned to your bank card.
What notifications will I receive?+
Notifications Booking confirmations, reminders, status changes and account alerts — delivered via in-app notifications, email, and push notifications.
How do I manage notifications?+
Notifications Read, mark all as read, or delete in-app notifications from the notifications screen. Manage push notifications from your device settings, and opt out of marketing anytime.
I am not receiving push notifications.+
Notifications Make sure notifications are enabled for E7GZ in your device settings and that you are signed in, then reopen the app to refresh.
How do I leave a review?+
Reviews & Ratings After a completed booking, rate the service center from 1 to 5 stars and add a comment to share your experience.
Where do the ratings come from?+
Reviews & Ratings Ratings and reviews are submitted by real customers after their bookings, helping others choose with confidence.
Are reviews tied to real bookings?+
Reviews & Ratings Yes. Reviews are linked to your bookings, so they reflect genuine visits.
How do I update my profile?+
Account & Security Edit your name, contact details and profile photo from your account settings.
How do I change my password?+
Account & Security Use “Change password” in your account settings. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes.
How is my data protected?+
Account & Security Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are hashed, access is role-based, and sensitive actions are recorded in audit logs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?+

Service Providers If a center cancels a confirmed booking, the customer receives a full refund of the eligible amount to their wallet, with no penalty.
